At Rebel Soul, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production team.
Because each item is custom printed just for you, shipping includes two stages: production + delivery.
Processing Time (Production)
All items are made to order.
• Production time: 2–5 business days
• During peak seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer
Once your order is printed and prepared, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery after production:
• U.S. orders: typically 3–7 business days
• International orders: typically 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Rebel Soul is not responsible for:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
• Packages lost due to address errors
• Carrier delays once the package has shipped
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
